Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using SixScript ("Service"), a football practice planning platform operated at sixscript.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and SixScript ("we," "us," or "our"). You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using SixScript, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

If you are using SixScript on behalf of an organization (such as a school, club, or coaching staff), you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

SixScript is a subscription-based web application designed for American football coaches. The Service provides:

• Access to a library of 1,000+ football drills across 16 categories
• A practice plan builder for creating structured practice schedules
• PDF export of practice plans
• A practice calendar for season scheduling
• Team collaboration tools for managing coaching staff roles and permissions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Accounts & Registration

To access the full Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account at support@sixscript.com
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

4. Subscription & Billing

SixScript operates on a subscription model:

• Free Trial: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features
• Paid Subscription: After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription at $4.99/month
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Your payment method is charged automatically on each renewal date
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your Account settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time
• Price Changes: We will provide at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription pricing

5. Team Features & Permissions

Head coaches with an active subscription may invite assistant coaches and staff to their team. Team member roles include: Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Coordinator, and Viewer. Each role has defined permissions for viewing and editing practice plans.

• Only the Head Coach (account owner) needs a paid subscription to grant team access
• You are responsible for all activity by team members you invite
• Removing a team member immediately revokes their access to your team's plans

6. User Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of any practice plans, notes, and other content you create in SixScript ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and process your User Content solely to provide the Service to you.

You represent that your User Content does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights. We do not claim ownership of your User Content and will not sell it to third parties.

The SixScript drill library, interface, branding, and software code remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary content without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without permission
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Share your account credentials with others outside of the team invitation feature
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose other than managing your own coaching practice
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

SixScript does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any drill descriptions or coaching suggestions.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SixScript and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account from the Account settings page. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service ceases immediately
• Your User Content will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy
• No refund will be issued for any remaining prepaid subscription period
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability) will survive

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at support@sixscript.com. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any claims will be brought on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please discontinue use of the Service and cancel your subscription before the effective date.
